Hello and Welcome....
I’m Jenny and I am a Person-Centred therapist who also works integratively, meaning I adapt my approach to suit your individual needs. In simple terms — I tailor therapy to you. I’ll sit with you through the hard stuff, because healing doesn’t look the same for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay.
I offer a safe, compassionate, and understanding space where you can feel comfortable to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. I’m deeply passionate about supporting others through their personal journeys and helping them find a sense of clarity and healing.
There are no expectations in our work together — just a space that moves at your own pace. I offer face-to-face counselling from a private, purpose-built summer house set within my peaceful garden. It’s a calm and confidential space, separate from my home, surrounded by nature. I also offer online and walk & talk sessions.
My approach is collaborative and empathetic. I will meet you where you are, listen deeply, and work alongside you to find a way forward that feels authentic and meaningful. I don’t offer advice or solutions — instead, I provide a supportive environment where you can explore and discover what you think you may need. You don’t need to have it all figured out, and you might not even know where to begin — that’s perfectly okay. We’ll work through it together.

I’m a down-to-earth person, meaning our time together will be free from judgement — a space where you can be yourself, knowing I’ll truly get it. I know what it’s like to face trauma, to carry shame, and to walk through difficult times. Those experiences help me connect with others who are trying to find their way through, too.
I’m a qualified counsellor — but first and foremost, I’m human. I’m not someone who sits silently taking notes, and I certainly don’t have it all figured out. Life has a way of humbling all of us, and I understand how it feels when things get hard.
Beyond the professional qualifications and therapy jargon, I’m also a mum, wife, daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. Like many people, I’ve experienced overwhelm, difficult days, and the emotional ups and downs that life inevitably brings. Therapy made a genuine difference in my own life, and that’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others through their journeys too.

Teen Therapy: Supporting Young People Through Their Hardest Moments
Adolescence is a time of huge change-emotionally, socially and physically. Teenagers are learning who they are, managing new pressures and facing challenges that can feel overwhelming. Therapy offers a safe, calm space where they can talk openly, understand themselves better and learn healthy ways to cope.
